Brennan Senior Furniture Project

The Brennan Elm Park Senior Community Corporation in Genesee County, Michigan is soliciting sealed proposals for the Brennan Senior Furniture Project. The project is located at 1301 Pingree Avenue, Flint, Michigan 48503, and proposals will be received until 3 P.M. on June 11, 2026. The scope of work includes providing various furniture items such as Chesterfield chairs, loveseats, sofas, boardroom tables, backless bar stools, guest chairs, banquet stacking chairs, and racetrack tables. Equivalent items to those specified will be considered. This project is federally funded through the U.S. Department of the Treasury Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF), and successful bidders must comply with federal labor standards, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act, as well as federal equal opportunity requirements. Minority, Women, and Handicapped business-owned enterprises are encouraged to respond.
