Commercial Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Services

North Shore Community College (NSCC) is soliciting bids for a qualified and licensed contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance services for commercial kitchen equipment. These services include preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and 24/7 emergency response. The contract will be structured as a hybrid of fixed-price annual preventive maintenance and time-and-materials for corrective maintenance, with a specified markup percentage for parts and materials. The initial contract term is for three years, with the possibility of two one-year renewal options at the College's discretion. The anticipated start date for the initial term is July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029.
