Building Materials and Related Items Prequalification Pool

Miami-Dade County is establishing a Prequalified Pool of Vendors for the solicitation of various building materials and related items. This Request to Qualify (RTQ) is an ongoing process, allowing vendors to submit qualifications at any time after the initial pool establishment. Vendors in the pool will be invited to participate in future spot market competitions on an as-needed basis. The pool will be established for a five-year term. The scope of work includes furnishing and delivering a wide range of building materials such as lumber, doors, metals, hardware, cement, plaster, roofing materials, sheetrock, fasteners, paint and related items, partitions, pipes and fittings, glass, flooring (including carpet), acrylic and polymer sheets, acrylic barriers/plexiglass, and other related building materials. Insurance is not required for prequalification.
