Stream Restoration and Habitat Enhancement

The Crooked River Watershed Council (CRWC) is soliciting bids for stream restoration and habitat enhancement along the Lower Crooked River in Crook County, Oregon. This project, funded by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation's Water Smart grant program, aims to improve channel stability, enhance aquatic habitat, reduce erosion, and restore natural stream function. The selected contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for tasks including in-stream structure installation, erosion control and bank stabilization, channel grading and side channel creation, sediment and turbidity control, and ensuring compliance with environmental permits and safety regulations.
