Description

The State of Connecticut, through its Department of Administrative Services (DAS), is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a multi-award contract for System Integrator (SI) services. This initiative aims to provide agencies with efficient access to qualified SI partners for a wide range of technology solutions, from enterprise-scale integrations to specialized modernization efforts. Services may encompass system integration, cloud migration, data modernization, low-code solutions, accessibility and UX design, human-centered design, and responsible AI. The contract will support various delivery models, including traditional, design-build, outcome-based delivery, phased discovery-fixed build, and agile capacity, with flexible pricing models tailored to each Statement of Work (SOW). This RFP builds upon a previous contract (19PSX0046) and seeks to align with the State's current priorities for digital transformation, enterprise interoperability, AI enablement, and secure, cloud-native modernization. The initial contract term is anticipated to be five years, with renewal options at the State's discretion. Key attachments include Cost Proposal, Business and Technical Questionnaire, and a Sample Contract Package.
