Landscaping and Snow Removal Services
Center for Family Services Head Start
The Center for Family Services (CFS) Head Start is soliciting proposals for professional landscaping and snow removal services. This contract will cover lawn care, including weekly cuts, bagging grass clippings, weed whacking, edging, debris removal, and routine monthly plant and bed care. Seasonal leaf removal and mulching of playgrounds to ASTM playground surface compliance are also required. Snow removal services will include pre-treatment for icy conditions, immediate application of ice melt to melt and re-freeze areas, and timely snow removal and deicing for moderate to heavy accumulations, prioritizing walkways, driveways, and exterior egresses. Services will be provided over a 12-month contract period from August 1st, 2026, to July 31st, 2027. The contract will be a per-unit price agreement, allowing for the addition or removal of locations with negotiated costs for new sites. Proposals must be received by 5:00 PM on June 5th, 2026.
