Portable Pump Replacement, Maintenance, and Repair Services

The City of Norfolk is seeking a responsible vendor to provide maintenance and repair services, parts, and the purchase of new portable pumps. Services include scheduled repairs, replacement of parts, on-call and emergency repairs, and the option to procure new pumps. The contractor must be an authorized dealer with factory-trained employees and maintain an OEM parts inventory. Repairs must be completed within 30 days of authorization, and all work must comply with applicable quality and safety codes. Emergency services are available 24/7, with a four-hour response time. Parts orders will be shipped within 20 days. The contract term is for five years on an as-needed basis.
