Wilder Ranch State Park Bunkhouse Reroofing Project

This project involves the replacement of the roof on the historical Bunkhouse Building at Wilder Ranch State Park. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the reroofing. This includes the removal of the old roof, repair of soffits and gutter seams, and installation of new treated wood shingles. The contract term is one year from the notice to proceed or DPR approval, whichever is later, with a completion time of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of written notice to commence work. The estimated cost for this project is $60,000.00. Bidders are required to have a C-39 Roofing License, or a General B or A License, and experience working on historical structures. Bids are due by May 13, 2026.
