Description

The State of Rhode Island is issuing an Open Enrollment Solicitation to establish a Master Price Agreement (MPA) for the supply of firearms, ammunition (including less-lethal), and associated equipment. This agreement will be used by state agencies and eligible entities to procure such products efficiently. The MPA will be structured in lots, allowing vendors to bid on one or more categories including Firearms, Ammunition and Related Supplies, Less-Lethal Ammunition, Restraints, Batons & Baton Holders, Holsters, Duty Belts & Related Holders, Conducted Electrical Weapons (CEWs) & Accessories, Less-Lethal Gases & Grenades, and Firearm Optics & Accessories. This solicitation will remain open throughout the duration of the MPA, allowing new qualified vendors to apply for inclusion at any time during the agreement term. Pricing is not included as part of this open enrollment solicitation. Approved vendors will be eligible to participate under the Master Price Agreement (MPA), but pricing terms will be negotiated separately at the time of agency procurement. Vendors must supply a list of currently available manufacturers and any discounts offered as part of their submission. All vendors must submit Certificates of Insurance meeting the State's standard requirements, explicitly stating that commercial general liability coverage includes product category-related liabilities. Deliveries must be made Free On Board Destination.
