Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 7,462 to 7,835 ABOA square feet of office space in Missoula, Montana. The delineated area for the lease is bounded by I-90 to the north, city limits to the east and south, and city limits to US HWY 10 (W. Broadway) to the west. Key requirements include 7,000 SF of secured, fenced parking, with 18 reserved/fenced surface spaces and 44 unreserved customer surface spaces. The lease term is for 10 years, with a firm term of 5 years.
