City of Detroit Supply Schedule No. 9: Architectural, Engineering & Planning Services

The City of Detroit is establishing Supply Schedule No. 9, a pre-qualified vendor list for firms providing a range of professional services. This schedule will encompass disciplines including Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Architectural, Geological, and Environmental Engineering, as well as Construction Engineering & Inspection, and Planning & Development Services. This opportunity is a Request for Qualifications (RFQQ), not a solicitation for a specific project. Approved firms will be eligible to compete for future projects issued on a project-by-project basis. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, with pre-qualifications valid through December 31, 2029. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM via Microsoft Teams.
