OEM Parts and Service for Various Manufacturers

Baltimore County, Maryland is soliciting bids for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and service for a variety of automotive and truck manufacturers. The contract is estimated to be approximately 80% OEM parts and 20% repair services. Parts will be delivered to County facilities for installation by County personnel, while repair services, including parts and labor, will be performed at the Bidder's dealership. The County will arrange transportation for vehicles to and from the dealership, including inoperable vehicles requiring towing. Bidders must be established, factory-authorized OEM dealerships located in the Baltimore Metropolitan area with at least five years of experience in providing maintenance and repair services. Technicians must be qualified, with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience and at least one ASE Certified Master Technician on staff. All replacement parts must be new OEM parts, or approved equivalents, and will be subject to a one-year warranty.
