Engineering/Consulting Services for Bi-Centennial Subdivision Reconstruction Project
City of Riverton
The City of Riverton is soliciting statements of qualifications from engineering consultants for the Bi-Centennial Subdivision Reconstruction Project. This project, funded by the Fix Our Road (F.O.R.) 1-cent optional sales tax and city enterprise funds, will address needs with water, sewer, and storm drainage utilities. Specific tasks may include replacing waterline, sewer lines, and fire hydrants; resolving storm drainage issues, particularly at a cul-de-sac on Liberty Drive; and potentially providing underground drains for groundwater. The scope also includes addressing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) concerns for driveways and sidewalks, proposing roadway surface updates, and reviewing waterline and storm drainage needs along Sunset Drive and North 8th Street. The selected consultant will also be responsible for bidding services, including providing specifications and answering questions during the bidding process, adhering to City, funding source, and EPA/DEQ requirements. Firms must have recent and relevant experience on similar engineering projects. Submittals require five printed copies and one electronic PDF version. The City reserves the right to reject any or all statements or waive any requirements.
