Heavy Duty Equipment Rental Services

The City of North Las Vegas is soliciting bids for short-term rentals of heavy-duty equipment. This contract will cover various situations that arise annually for city-wide projects, as well as for flood and development control. The scope of work includes a wide range of equipment, such as air compressors, generators, compactors, dozers, excavators, loaders, dump trucks, water trucks, rollers, graders, boom lifts, and light towers. Bidders are expected to provide pricing for hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly rentals, as well as over-meter charges, over-mileage charges, and any other applicable fees. The city prefers delivery and pick-up charges to be included in the rental cost. Equipment must meet specifications, be in good working order, and be delivered clean and fully operational. The city reserves the right to reject any equipment not meeting these standards.
