Boundary, Topographic, and Utility Location Survey Services
DEPARTMENT OF STATE
The General Services Office (GSO) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota requires Boundary, Topographic, and Utility (BTU) location survey services for three land parcels to be identified by the U.S. Government. These sites are intended for use as public parks once purchased and ownership is transferred to the City of Bogota. The survey must adhere to the "2016 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSMLand Title Surveys" or a more recent ALTA requirement, and include specific criteria for fieldwork, topography, boundary definition, and utility location. Deliverables will include finished drawings in English (and a separate translation in the local language), a survey report, and electronic files in AutoCAD and PDF formats. Pricing should be in Colombian Pesos (COP) for Colombian vendors, with clear itemization of unit price, tax, and total amount. Offers must remain valid for six months, and financial statements for the last two years demonstrating financial capability are required. Additionally, vendors must provide evidence of similar experience from the last two years, including client company name, contract value, and a point of contact. Compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is also a requirement, necessitating a certification regarding telecommunications and video surveillance equipment and services.
