RTD Large Printing Contract

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) requires a vendor to provide comprehensive large-format printing services. This includes the production of commercial-quality materials such as interior and exterior bus and rail vehicle signage, static clings, vinyl banners, mesh banners, direct application graphics, information posters, and other graphics. All printed materials must be engineered for the unique variables of a public transit environment, including high UV exposure, extreme thermal cycling, and weekly industrial wash cycles. UV inks and coatings are required for durability. RTD prefers a local vendor to ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and timely deliveries to multiple facilities across the metro Denver area. The contract is for an initial three-year term with two one-year extension options.
