Description
Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County is procuring one three-phase, 60 Hz, outdoor, Mineral Oil liquid-immersed, self-cooled/forced cooled station type power transformer. This transformer is intended to replace an existing unit at the North Mountain Substation that has been in service for over 40 years. The new transformer will be a step-down unit with a rating of 10,000/13,300/17,600 kVA (ONAN/ONAF/ONAF) and a high voltage winding rated at 230,000Y/132,790 volts. It will feature an on-load tap changer on the low voltage side and a tertiary winding. The contract term is anticipated to be approximately two years, with a required delivery date on or before February 1, 2029.
