Lizard Wash Park Construction

The City of St. George is soliciting bids for the construction of Lizard Wash Park, located at 5955 S Painted Ridge Parkway. The project scope includes a comprehensive range of work items such as removals, earthwork, site grading, drainage, utilities, concrete flatwork, asphalt trails, raised planters, restroom facilities, pavilions, pickleball courts, a sand volleyball court, a parking lot, a pedestrian bridge, landscaping, and irrigation. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, issued by a surety company licensed in Utah and on an acceptable bond form, is required with every bid. Additionally, a 100% performance bond for labor and materials will be required upon project award.
