ChildCareGroup (CCG) is seeking proposals for an integrated human resources and payroll solution to replace their existing HRIS/Payroll system. CCG plans to procure either a hosted, licensed, commercially available software product or a commercially available subscription-based fully managed software solution. They are not looking to develop custom software or procure an on-premises solution. The scope of work includes providing a system of record for all employee data, benefits administration, payroll administration, program and grant allocations, timekeeping, compensation administration, employee self-service, performance management, interactive home page dashboard, compliance, talent acquisition, and talent management. The system should support features such as audit processes for payroll, PTO accrual, mid-period salary changes, labor distribution for multiple funding sources, and custom reporting. The contract will be for one (1) year with four (4) one-year options for renewal. Proposals are due by May 27, 2026.
