On-Call Electrical Services - Fixed Price Bid

Richland School District Two is seeking qualified, licensed, and insured electrical contractors to provide on-call electrical repair, maintenance, and emergency services. Contractors will be placed on a Qualified Provider List (QPL), but contract award does not guarantee work. All submitted pricing must be fixed for the duration of the contract, including any optional terms. Bids will be accepted on an ongoing basis after the initial submittal due date, with responsive and responsible bidders added to the QPL annually. Services include troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical devices and equipment, lighting, wiring, control panels, and switchgear, adhering to the National Electric Code (NEC) and other applicable standards. Emergency services require a response within two hours, while routine services should be addressed within 72 hours during standard business hours (7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday).
