General Building Maintenance Supplies, Services, and Equipment
Wylie ISD, TX Purchasing
Wylie ISD is seeking proposals for building maintenance supplies, services, and equipment to establish a list of approved vendors. This is a qualifying solicitation only, and successful respondents will be added to an approved vendor list. Wylie ISD may contact vendors for quotes on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee of purchase orders. Multiple contracts may be awarded. The solicitation requests discounts off catalog or price lists for supplies, materials, and equipment, as well as hourly labor rates for installation and repair. Specific areas of interest include, but are not limited to: Appliances and Parts, Building, Carpentry, Electrical, Elevator, Equipment (Material Handling, Storage Equipment), Fencing and Gates, Glass, HVAC, Landscape, Lighting, Locksmith, Maintenance, Masonry, Monitoring (Energy, Water, Security, etc.), Paint, Parking Lot Striping, Pest Control, Plumbing, Power Generating Equipment, Power Washing, Roofing Supplies and Services, Signage, Solar, Tools (Hand Tools), Welding, and Other Building Operations Supplies and Equipment. Proposals are to be submitted electronically via the Wylie ISD e-bidding system, IonWave. Hard copy submissions must be delivered to the Purchasing Department at 951 S. Ballard Ave., Wylie, TX 75098. The submission deadline is June 25, 2026. Wylie ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals and to award contracts based on the best value to the District. The contract term is from October 22, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with an option to renew until June 30, 2030.
