Commercial Real Estate Representation Services

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) is looking for experienced real estate brokerage firms to provide services statewide. These services will assist TxDMV in leasing and acquiring commercial real estate for its Regional Service Centers. The selected firms will be responsible for a range of tasks including market research, property identification, negotiation support, and closing assistance. Services must be provided by licensed real estate brokers or agents in Texas. The scope of work includes identifying properties that meet TxDMV's operational needs, providing market analysis, advising on pricing and transaction terms, and assisting with the negotiation and execution of lease or purchase agreements. The contractor will act as TxDMV's broker representative for these transactions.
