Olmsted County Complex Youth and Families In-Home Therapy Services

Olmsted County Health, Housing and Human Services (HHH) is seeking proposals from qualified local community agencies to provide in-home family therapy services. These services are intended for participants served by Olmsted County Child and Family Services (CFS) and Dodge & Olmsted Community Corrections (D & O). The services must be flexible, family-centered, and adaptable in scheduling and session frequency to meet the unique needs of each family. The target population includes families with complex needs who are at risk of out-of-home placements and often present with multifaceted challenges, including truancy, behavioral concerns, safety issues, substance use, incarceration, and high conflict.
