CAT ITC Interior Renovations

Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to complete interior renovations on the CAT ITC building. The contract is anticipated to be for eighteen (18) months. Proposals are due by Friday, July 17, 2026, at 2 p.m. EST. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing by Friday, June 19, 2026. CAT encourages the utilization of minority owned financial institutions and has an obligation to ensure nondiscrimination of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in all aspects of competition, award and administration of federally funded contracts.
