BBCHS Addition & Renovations - Structural & Miscellaneous Steel

Bradley-Bourbonnais CHSD #307, through its Board of Education and represented by Construction Manager Piggush Simoneau, Inc., is soliciting sealed bids for Bid Package #4, which includes Structural & Miscellaneous Steel for the BBCHS Addition & Renovations project. Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 4th, 2026, at the District Office located at 700 W North Street, Bradley, IL 60915. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, from a surety approved by the owner and licensed in the State of Illinois. The Bid Bond will not be returned. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all contract documents before submitting their bid. Only the Bid Form, Sexual Harassment Statement, Drug Free Workplace Act, and Statement on Bid Rigging need to be submitted with the bid.
