This opportunity is for the replacement of domestic water piping at the South Central Correctional Facility in Clifton, Tennessee. The project, designated as Phase 2, will involve significant plumbing work to upgrade the facility's water infrastructure. Bids are invited for a General Contract for the Work. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Local Time (Central Time). Bids must be received before 2:00 p.m. Local Time (Central Time) on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened via Webex on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Local Time (Central Time). Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 in value are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status and minority business status is required in the Bid Form. Additionally, the Drug Free Workplace Affidavit and a five percent (5%) bid security is required.
