City of Springdale Fuel Bid Contract 2026

The City of Springdale, Ohio is seeking sealed bids for the provision of gasoline and diesel fuel. Bids are due by 10:00 AM local time on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Bidders must submit bids in envelopes marked "Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Bid" and the date of the bid. A bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount is required. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish a performance bond of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Bidders must not discriminate in their hiring or employment practices. Prices should not include taxes, as the City is generally exempt from Federal Excise and Ohio State sales taxes.
