Photography Supplies

Nassau BOCES is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for photography supplies. The bid aims to establish a price structure for blanket purchase agreements for items needed during the school year. The contract will be for one year from the date of award, with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions. Prices will be firm for the first six months, with potential adjustments thereafter based on the regional CPI. The scope includes a wide variety of photography-related items, from film and chemicals to cameras and darkroom equipment. Nassau BOCES and its participating school districts reserve the right to purchase goods or services from other sources. Delivery is expected within fifteen (15) days after receipt of a purchase order, with a minimum order amount of $25.00. Orders over $150.00 to a single destination qualify for free freight terms (FOB Destination).
