ARFF Vehicle Acquisition for Natchez-Adams County Airport

This solicitation is for the acquisition of an Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) vehicle for the Natchez-Adams County Airport. The contract time for the Base Bid is 720 calendar days, with liquidated damages of $500.00 assessed for each calendar day thereafter. Bids must be submitted electronically or in person by 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. A strongly recommended pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the Airport Terminal Building, with a virtual participation link available. The specifications for the ARFF vehicle have been revised in their entirety, including changes that may affect equipment configuration and bid pricing. An appendix detailing fire truck procurement specification considerations has also been added to the contract documents.
