Description

The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is seeking a long-term contract for stationary generator maintenance, which includes preventive maintenance (PM), PM repairs, transfer switch testing, load bank testing, and other services to ensure RTA generators are prepared for emergency service. The contract term will be for five years. Maintenance will be performed on two standby generators at 600 Longworth Street, Dayton, OH 45402, and on the emergency power generator system at 4 South Main Street, Dayton, OH 45402. The contractor will also be responsible for fueling the generator at the 4 South Main Street location as needed. All contractors submitting quotes must have a minimum of 10 years in business as a generator maintenance company, and technicians must have at least 5 years of experience and evidence of factory training.
