El Reno Airport Hangar Salvage and Demolition

The City of El Reno, in conjunction with W.L. McNatt and Company, is soliciting sealed bids for the El Reno Airport Hangar Salvage and Demolition project. This project involves the salvage and demolition of an existing hangar located at the El Reno Regional Airport. Bids are due by 2:00 PM CST on May 26, 2026, and must be submitted to the City Clerk at 101 N. Choctaw, El Reno, OK 73036. Bids received more than 96 hours before the opening time, excluding weekends and holidays, or after the bid opening will be returned unopened. A bid security of 5% of the bid amount is required for bids exceeding $50,000. Contract and bidding documents will be available starting May 5, 2026. A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site on May 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM. All bidders must meet the qualification requirements outlined in the bid documents. The contract is expected to be awarded within 30 days of bid opening, with execution within 60 days thereafter. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
