Pack Forest Kennel Building Demolition

The University of Washington is seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced firms to perform the complete demolition of the existing Kennel Building located at the UW Pack Forest property in Eatonville, Washington. The scope of work includes building demolition, utility decommissioning, fire alarm and suppression system removal, hazardous materials testing, debris disposal, and site restoration. All work must comply with University of Washington Facilities standards and applicable codes. Bidders must be licensed in Washington State, provide evidence of required insurance, and be registered with the UW's Small Works Roster. Bid submissions will be accepted electronically through the UW Workday Strategic Sourcing portal.
