Vending Machines for Westley SRRA Southbound

The State of California Department of Rehabilitation is soliciting quotes for vending machines to be installed at the Westley SRRA Southbound location. The required machines include one hot drink coffee vending machine, one ice cream vending machine, three snack vending machines, and three drink vending machines. All machines must meet applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including ADA and UL standards. They must be newly manufactured and include features such as price displays, basic programming capabilities, sold-out indications, keyed locks, and bill validators capable of validating bills in both optical and magnetic tests. Dimensions should not exceed 80" in height and 38" in depth. The contract includes requirements for delivery, installation, testing, and a 90-day labor warranty. Bidders must also address the trade-in or removal of existing vending machines and comply with various state certifications and declarations, including the Darfur Contracting Act Certification and postconsumer recycled-content certification.
