Event Rentals, Supplies, Equipment, and Services

Belton ISD is interested in receiving proposals from qualified vendors to provide Event Rentals, Supplies, Equipment, and/or Services. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis throughout the open period of this solicitation. The term of this contract will be from award date through November 30, 2025, with three automatic one-year renewals. Belton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous.
