Management Services for Self-Funded Group Health Insurance

Pasco County Schools is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a contract for an administrator to manage their self-funded group health insurance program. The selected administrator will be responsible for implementing improved care management strategies aimed at achieving significant reductions in the total cost of care per member while maintaining the quality of care delivered. The core components of the District's program that the administrator will oversee include Health Plan Administrative Services Only (ASO), Group Medical Plans, and a Medicare Advantage Plan.
