Real Estate Services for Little Rock School District

The Little Rock School District (LRSD) is soliciting proposals from qualified commercial real estate firms to provide professional real estate services on an as-needed basis for a period of two years. Services may include assisting LRSD in locating and acquiring land, warehouse space, administrative office space, and other facility-related properties, as well as marketing and selling surplus district properties. Firms must be licensed by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission, have at least five years of experience in Little Rock commercial real estate, and be a Certified Commercial Investment Member. Proposals must address experience, qualifications, staff resumes, concerns with terms and conditions, references, fee schedules, and preferred appraisal and title companies.
