Description

Dodge County is soliciting electronic bids for the Dodge County Annex Site Remodel project. The project involves site modifications and restoration at the Dodge County Annex Building. The base bid includes the removal and restoration of site amenities such as bituminous pavement, concrete steps, sidewalks, retaining walls, vegetation removal, and turf restoration. A deduct alternate is also available, which includes the removal of concrete sidewalk, handrail, concrete stairs, and pedestrian light posts. Bids will be received on a Lump Sum Price basis for a single prime contract. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Security. There will be no pre-bid meeting. Dodge County reserves the right to hold bids for sixty (60) days, reject any or all bids, and waive informalities. Bids must be sealed and addressed to Dodge County Administration, 721 Main St. N., Mantorville, MN 55955, and plainly labeled "Bid for Annex Site Remodel".
