Transfort Exterior Lighting Upgrade

The scope includes replacing 36 existing fixtures and installing 11 new fixtures, with 6 of these being new pole-mounted light fixtures requiring new pole foundations. The project aims to minimize disruption to the facility's normal operations, requiring close communication with the owner for any necessary electrical shutdowns or work that might obstruct parking. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond of at least 5% of the total bid, and the successful bidder will need to provide performance and payment bonds.
