Ranch A Major Maintenance Project: Architectural and Engineering Services

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Office of State Lands & Investments, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for architectural and engineering services for the Ranch A Major Maintenance Project. This project is located at Ranch A in Beulah, Wyoming. The selected design firm will be responsible for providing a complete set of design plans, construction documents, specifications, and bidding documents. The scope of work includes refinishing the exterior facade of two log structures, reroofing a residential structure, and replacing domestic water supply lines and sanitary waste lines for four apartment dwellings. The waste line replacement will also include proper grading, landscape, and concrete replacement. The design professionals will be required to consult with the Wyoming State Historic Preservation Office to ensure compliance with design requirements.
