Lee's Summit Indoor Sports Complex Construction

The City of Lee's Summit Parks and Recreation is requesting bids for the new construction of a 98,500 square foot indoor sports facility. The facility will include 10 courts (suitable for basketball or volleyball), multi-purpose meeting spaces, administration offices, patron gathering and seating areas, and storage and support spaces. The project also encompasses site elements such as parking, pedestrian circulation, a plaza, and other gathering spaces. Bids will be submitted electronically via Public Purchase (www.publicpurchase.com) until 1:30 P.M. local time on June 09, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read in person at the Lee's Summit Gamber Community Center, Shenandoah Ballroom, or via Microsoft Teams video conferencing.
