Organics Collection and Disposal Services for District Facilities

The District of Columbia Government, through its Department of General Services (DGS), is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive organics collection and disposal services for various District facilities. This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract includes a one-year base period with four additional one-year option periods. The services will primarily involve the collection and disposal of post-consumer food waste and compostable food service ware, as well as garden and yard debris. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, containers, vehicles, fuel, permits, management, recordkeeping, and reporting necessary for these services. The maximum contract ceiling is $950,000 per period.
