Architectural and Engineering Services for Main Street Mall Building Renovation

The State of Arkansas, through the SAS/Division of Building Authority, is soliciting responses from qualified consultants for professional architectural and engineering design services. These services are required for the renovation and improvement of approximately 25,000 square feet on the 3rd floor of the Main Street Mall building, located at 101 E Capitol Ave in Little Rock, Arkansas. The scope of work includes design for administrative areas, storage rooms, offices, supply rooms, secure storage, and conference rooms. A detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package outlining submittal requirements will be provided to interested parties.
