USCG Station Brunswick Barracks Bathroom Renovations

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is soliciting quotes for a firm-fixed-price contract to renovate three barracks bathrooms at USCG Station Brunswick, located at 2 Conservation Way, Brunswick, GA 31520. This is a 100% set-aside for 8(a) participants, restricted to SBA-certified 8(a) firms. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990, with a size standard of $19.0M. The renovation includes replacing vanities, sinks, mirrors, floor and wall tiles, toilets, painting, and all fixtures such as shower heads, faucets, towel bars, toilet paper holders, vents, louvers, and lighting. Some existing fixtures like soap dispensers, medicine cabinets, and paper towel dispensers will be demolished and not replaced. Low-flow, EPA WaterSense designated plumbing fixtures are required. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. A site visit is scheduled for April 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST.
