As-Needed Infrared Cameras

The City of Spokane is soliciting bids for infrared cameras to be provided on an as-needed basis. The contract will have a duration of two years, with pricing remaining firm for the first six months from the bid due date. Pricing adjustment requests will be considered semi-annually thereafter. All communication regarding this bid must be submitted through the "Clarification Tab" within ProcureWare; any other communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding. The Standard Terms and Conditions include provisions for patents, trademarks, copyrights, title, compliance with laws, contract disputes (governed by Washington State law and venued in Spokane County), overcharges, warranties, Uniform Commercial Code, non-discrimination, save harmless clauses, taxes (the City is exempt from federal excise taxes and pays Washington State Sales/Use Tax), assignments, changes, default, rejection, termination, non-waiver, severability, minority business opportunities, and freight/delivery terms. The vendor is responsible for all freight expenses, and items are F.O.B. Delivery Point: Spokane Solid Waste Disposal. The vendor must cooperate with the City of Spokane Purchasing to ensure efficient and satisfactory service.
