Northside Parking Garages, Parking Lot, and Associated Roadway Improvements Design-Build

The Canaveral Port Authority (CPA) is initiating a project to enhance its facilities by constructing two new parking garages at Cruise Terminal 10 (CT-10) and Cruise Terminal 06 (CT-06). Additionally, an offsite parking lot will be developed at North Cargo Berth 8 to accommodate employee parking during the construction phases. The selected proposer will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including design, permitting, and construction. This includes managing traffic, coordinating with other ongoing port operations, and ensuring minimal disruption to cruise line activities. The project scope encompasses the design and construction of: - Two parking garages: one at CT-10 with approximately 900 spaces and another at CT-06 with approximately 1,600 spaces. - An offsite parking lot at North Cargo Berth 8 with a capacity of at least 1,000 spaces, intended for employee parking during construction. - Associated roadway improvements at CT-6 and/or CT-10. The selected design-build team will be responsible for integrating advanced systems such as the Flash Parking System into the new garages to streamline operations and improve user experience. The project also requires adherence to strict environmental protection measures and a comprehensive maintenance of traffic plan to ensure the continuity of port operations.
