Park Attraction Management System

The City of Spokane is requesting proposals for a hosted Park Attraction Management System (PAMS) to manage attractions, retail, concessions, and facility rentals for Riverfront Park. The current system is outdated and lacks modern features, including PCI compliance, integrated gift card functionality, and efficient inventory management. The new system should improve customer service, increase sales, and provide a user-friendly interface with capabilities for online sales, reservations, and robust reporting. Key functionalities include seasonal and annual pass management, point-of-sale processing, payment processing, facility rental management, and comprehensive reporting. The City is looking for a single PAMS solution that is proven effective in similar organizations. The selected firm will be responsible for implementation, data conversion, project management, technical installation, and training. The contract period is expected to be ten years, renewable upon mutual agreement. The City emphasizes the need for a system that can accurately track and differentiate admission and sales taxes.
