Hundred Acre Wood Phase 1B Improvements Construction

The City of Bellingham is soliciting sealed proposals for the construction of the Hundred Acre Wood Phase 1B Improvements project. This project encompasses a range of civil engineering and construction activities, including erosion control, excavation, mitigation planting, site restoration, boardwalk construction, bridge construction, footings, concrete work, and piling. Traffic control measures will also be implemented as part of the project. Plans, specifications, and other bid documents are available on the City of Bellingham website or in person at the Purchasing Office. Proposals must be submitted on the official Bid Proposal form and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order, or bid bond payable to the Finance Director, in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. The City reserves the right to postpone the award, reject any or all bids, or waive irregularities.
