Site Alterations Project - Eli Whitney Elementary School

The Town of Stratford is soliciting bids for a site alterations project at Eli Whitney Elementary School. The scope of work includes the removal of trees, fences, and site lighting, as well as site grading, asphalt paving, and the installation of new curbs, sidewalks, fencing, and site lighting. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 12, 2026, at 3:30 PM at Eli Whitney Elementary School, 1130 Huntington Road, Stratford, CT. Bids are due by 10:00 AM on March 31, 2026, and must be submitted in person or by mail to the Purchasing Department at 2725 Main Street, Room 104, Stratford, Connecticut 06615. Electronic submissions are not accepted. Requests for information (RFIs) must be submitted in writing to Phillip Ryan, Purchasing Agent, at pryan@townofstratford.com by 12:00 PM on March 23, 2026. Responses will be issued as addenda posted on the Town's purchasing department website.
