Deep Hole Test Pits for Warren County Septic System Replacement Program

Warren County, New York is soliciting bids for deep hole test pits to support their septic system replacement program. This project is a prevailing wage project and includes services such as excavating a minimum of one hole per property, not exceeding 5 feet wide or 15 feet in length, and to a depth of approximately 6 to 8 feet, or until bedrock is encountered. The required excavation equipment includes a mini excavator with a bucket width of 24 to 48 inches. Following excavation, the site must be restored to its pre-construction condition. Specifications will be available in electronic format. Interested parties can request the specifications by emailing shpurj@warrencountyny.gov or by filling out the attached Invitation to Bid form. Bids are due by 3:00 PM on May 21, 2026.
