Consulting Services for Student Enrollment and Engagement Management Plan and Implementation

Houston Community College (HCC) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the design, implementation, and launch of processes related to student enrollment and engagement management. This initiative may or may not involve the utilization of a software solution, and respondents are invited to submit proposals outlining their qualifications and experience. The successful proposer will be responsible for delivering services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. The scope of services is divided into two categories: Category 1 focuses on Strategic Enrollment Management and Operations, including CRM technology use and adoption, strategic enrollment plan development and implementation, enrollment forecasting, program prioritization, and organizational design/optimization for student services. Category 2 involves assisting with the successful implementation of the Greymatter CRM solution, ensuring adoption of both the CRM and supporting operational processes, and will cover multiple releases from Phase 1b through Phase 3 of the Greymatter CRM implementation. Key activities include re-engineering process maps, developing operational process inventories, creating automated communications campaign journeys, specifying technical requirements, and developing change management and training plans. The contract is anticipated to be for one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
